Cancellation, No Show, and Refund Policy

Payments are needed upon booking a session. 

You schedule your own appointment at your convenience. If you can not make it to your scheduled appointment you need to call to cancel or reschedule  at least 24 hours prior to your session.  If you call and cancel at least 24 hours prior to your session without wanting to reschedule, a full refund will be given. If you call to reschedule, we will set up a new date and time within one week of your appointment and your payment will go towards the new scheduled appointment. If You call to cancel that appointment you will forgo your payment.  If you do not show up for your appointment you forgo your payment. If you are 10 minutes or more late for your appointment I may not be able to complete your service/session and you forgo your full payment.  You can call  or text Brittany Hurlburt at (715) 403-2839 to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
