Hypnosis is not mind control. It is a relaxation technique that is used for self improvement purposes such as quitting smoking, or weight loss. Everyone has the ability to be hypnotized, if you have a brain with brain cells and aren't in a coma you can enter trance. All hypnosis is self hypnosis, think of it like a guided meditation. You enter your own trance, I guide you there with the words I speak.
I can not force you to do anything against your morals, we will go more in depth with this at your session and I will prove it to you at the session.
We will start our session by going over paperwork, answering any questions or concerns, and a few fun experiments to show you how relaxing and comfortable hypnosis really is. Next, I will ask you questions about your self improvement goal so we can get details for the therapeutic part of the session. Then, I will guide you into your own hypnotic trance where I will share the personalized suggestions for you to get closer to your goal. After that I will bring awareness to your conscious mind that the session is over and you will become fully aware feeling refreshed and renewed. Sessions typically take one hour give or take, please wear comfortable clothing and shut your cell phone off during sessions.
I can do hypnosis for weight loss, to quit smoking, improve confidence, increase motivation, and any self improvement you may want. I will do free phone consultations to see if I can help you. All you need is one session for most things. For weight loss I offer a one hour session, or a one month program which is more in depth suggestions regarding food, exercise, beliefs etc.
My very first weight loss client lost 5 pounds their very first week! I have helped others to quit smoking with one session as well. I will post a success rate once I've gathered more information.
